-Thit lp y v gi ng hn cc bo co k ton, thng k v quyt ton theo qui nh ca Nh nc, B Ti chnhv iu l Cng ty, quy ch ti chnh Cng ty.
-Hoch nh, t chc, kim tra, duy tr v i mi theo hng hiu qu cc nghip v k ton qun tr.
-Cp nht cc thng tin php lut v thu, ch chnh sch, t vn cho Ban lnh o, hng dn cc k ton chi tit trong vic thc hin chng t hp l, hp l ng qui nh.
-Kim tra vic bo qun, lu tr cc ti liu k ton.
-Thc hin qun l hot ng ngn sch ca doanh nghip.
-Ch o trc tip Phng k ton trong vic phn cng k ton vin.
-Thc hin k hoch o to, bi dng, nng cao trnh , xy dng i ng k ton vin ca Cng ty.
-Hoch nh v a ra nhng quyt nh ti chnh ngn hn.
-Thc hin cc yu cu phn tch, kim tra, bo co thng tin ti chnh v phi ti chnh nh hng n tnh hnh ti chnh ca Cng ty ngay khi c yu cu hoc theo k hoch bo co quy nh ti quy ch ti chnh ca Cng ty.
-Thc hin ng ni quy v quy trnh ca cng ty
-Sn sng m nhim cc chc nng v nhim v khc khi c yu cu.
- Complete and submit accounting reports, statistical reports, and financial settlements in accordance with the regulations of the State, Ministry of Finance, Company Charter, and Company financial regulations.
- Plan, organize, inspect, maintain, and innovate efficient management accounting tasks.
- Update legal information on taxes, policy regimes, provide advice to the leadership, guide detailed accounting in the proper and valid execution of prescribed documents.
- Inspect the preservation and storage of accounting documents.
- Implement budget management of the enterprise.
- Directly supervise the Accounting Department in assigning accountants.
- Implement training plans, development, enhance qualifications, and build a team of accountants for the Company.
- Plan and make short-term financial decisions.
- Perform analysis, inspection, and reporting requirements of financial and non-financial information affecting the Company's financial situation immediately upon request or according to the reporting plan specified in the Company's financial regulations.
- Adhere to the company's rules and procedures.
- Willing to undertake other functions and tasks as required.

-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
- Logical thinking, good at problem-solving, whether working independently or as part of a team, to have a high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure.
- Good looking
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
-Minimum03years experienced in accounting fieldfor insurance company
-Chief Accountant certificate, and Insurance Training certificateare preferred
- Have knowledge about using SAP, ERP sofware is a plus.

Total income includes:
