Assist in managing briefs and contribute to leading client activities on strategic accounts.
Maintain regular dialogue with cross-functional teams to discuss campaign performance and market opportunities. Ensure alignment with client KPIs and objectives.
Monitor all stages of campaigns to ensure smooth execution, with a focus on quality control for all work submitted to clients. Contribute to the optimization of campaigns for enhanced performance.
Contribute to the creation of status reports throughout the project duration.
Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized.
Establish the documents (quotation, purchase order) and provide them to third parties.
Process media bookings into media buying tools.
Participate in invoicing clients and managing disputes in cooperation with the controller.
Requirements
Degree in marketing, advertising, digital, PR, communication.
Experience in similar roles at an agency, working in a global media/PR agency is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms.
Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills.
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
