Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our IT operations, including:
- Developing and implementing a strategic IT roadmap to support the growth of the hospital group.
- Overseeing the IT budget and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Managing a team of IT professionals
- Leading the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems
- Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure
- Staying up to date on the latest healthcare IT trends and technologies
The Successful Applicant
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Willing to work in Vietnam (with relocation discussed)
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector
- A strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and applications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English
