The ISO System Certification Sales Executive is expected to fulfill the following:

  • This role is primarily responsible for selling BSI System Certification services to new and existing customers.

  • This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of a clients current and future business needs and drivers positioning how BSI products and services can enable organisations to improve, and managing every step of the sales process to a successful conclusion of system certification and other services.

  • Attend to existing and potential customers enquiries and requests from incoming calls and emails, and identify new prospects through targeted calls to generate sales revenue

  • Manage potential through account and opportunity management to develop a solid pipeline, and effectively use price book and tools to propose main products and services

  • Remain up to date with developments in the standards industry (ISO) and be able to explain the standards development process to customers

  • Accurately summarize customer needs, identify BSI products or services, and get customer agreement to price and delivery

Requirements for the position are as follows:

  • With at least 1-year working experience in the certification business

  • Degree level, equivalent education, or proven experience of sustained over-achievement in a new business sales environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of ISO Standards

  • Demonstrable self-sufficiency in sales activities
