Favour Capital Elite Program

The Favour Capital Elite Program is a fast-track 3 months internship and offers the possibility of conversion into a full-time position.

Job Description:

As an Elite at Favour Capital, you will have opportunities to work in a challenging and dynamic environment with exposure to various emerging Asian markets corporate finance deals, and primary market fundraising in industries such as TMT, consumer, healthcare, and more.

- Assist in conducting TMT/Consumer industry and company research and analysis

- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc)

- Assist in developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work

- Acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the company

Job Qualifications:

- Currently studying/graduating with a Bachelor's degree from a top university, Master's/MBA degree is highly preferred

- Able to work onsite for 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 3 months, longer is preferred

- Self-driven, altruistic, enthusiastic, creative, and excellent interpersonal skills

- Personal integrity, self-initiated, and leadership qualities

- Robust financial and analytical skillset

- Strong quantitative and technical abilities

- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, additional languages are highly preferred

- Internship experience in investment banking, PE/VC/CVC, big four, and management consulting are highly preferred
