Job Description

Abbott is hiring 5 Trade Marketing Interns for GT, MT, E-commerce team with the general job scope is as below.

  • Assist to follow up & execute key activities of customers to ensure the success of each project
  • Work with relevant functions to prepare for customer's activities
  • Responsible for promotion calendar tracking by customer (intensity, activities )
  • Work with vendors to develop, produce and deliver POSM based on Marketing and Trade activity calendar.
  • Gift management support: Track gift allocation & delivery plan, provide gift dimension & remind sales team to clear stock
  • Work & coordinate with Sales/Brand & Digital MKT Team to build & prepare for key event activities
  • Track and follow up payment process from PR/PO to liquidation and payment.
  • Monthly report
  • Ad-hoc activities as needed e.g. project support for customer marketing activities

Core Skill Requirement
  • Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Fluency in English (business level) and Vietnamese
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Microsoft Office Suite fluency
  • Time management

Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and learning agility.
  • Excellent time management and outstanding multitasking abilities.

  • Fresh Graduated or Senior students (be able to work full-time, or only 1-2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2023).
