Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Communication Fresher at SmartOSC located in Hanoi. The role involves assisting with internal communication activities and strategies, such as creating and editing communication materials, coordinating team events, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining internal communication channels. The role also includes collaborating with different teams to ensure effective internal communication across the organization.

Deploying internal publications, news updates, newsletters, forums, company fanpage. (Media, design content, layout, and graphics)

Writing content and other necessary material to support the internal communication

Support improves staff engagement through internal events.

Qualifications:

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Journalism, or related majors.

Ability to work fulltime

Strong in verbal and written communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.

Confident and outgoing.

Commitment to teamwork and attention to detail

Monthly allowance up to 6.000.000 VN/month
