INCOME AUDITOR

Job description:
  • Follow the company's brand standards and code of business conduct.
  • Keep informed of the company's values and ideal conduct. Act accordingly.
  • Pursue the operational goal by carrying out all assignments tasked by a senior employee.
  • Attend necessary training sessions as required by a training manager in accordance with any training plans.
  • Write and manage F&B customer reports. Maintain various documentation which must be managed by F&B and financial departments.
  • Manage various income-related data and provide it to managers and executives.
  • Comprehensively manage statements used in all operation sites. Record and maintain the contents of each statement as well as cancelled statements.
  • Provide general supervision over F&B sales at F&B operation sites.
  • Review and manage hotel guest bills on a regular basis.
  • Make surprise inspections on cashier tills.
  • Inspect unsettled income matters and guide employees to receive the manager's approval.
  • Make inspections with a particular concern for cash transactions at each operation sites.
  • Ensure that all income is accurately recorded.
  • Supervise and provide instructions to employees to ensure that income management in banquet halls are being done according to regulations.
  • Compare and analyze total revenue and expenses.
  • Supervise and provide instructions to employees to secure proof documentation which contains details for all rebates and various expenses.
  • Ensure that all rebates and credit follow accounting standards.
  • Compile various rebates, credit notes and expenses in the daily report. Provide the report to the GM and Financial Director for their review.
  • Ensure that each operation site is safely managing coupons, proof documentation, various slips and systems according to regulations.
  • Verify the daily reports from General Cashiers against bank deposit slips.
  • Inspect advance outgoing payments and other outgoing payment status.
  • Inspect the cash status with General Cashiers. Review it against the guest list from each operation site.
  • Ensure that daily income data is accurately entered into the system.
  • Perform various projects required by executives and other senior personnel.

  • Follow hotel rules and regulations written in the Employment Rules.
  • Follow the company's dress code.
  • Follow work hours and vacation regulations.
  • Actively get involved in training and self-improvement programs. Maximize opportunities for self-improvement.

Health, Safety and Security
  • Keep informed of, and put into practice, all company policies and protocols concerning health, sanitation and fire safety.
  • Keep informed of emergency protocols.
  • Record and respond to general safety incidents or emergencies. Report to senior employees immediately.

Job requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience: 3 or more years of management experience
  • Credentials: Specialized certificates preferred
  • Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Must possess a good knowledge of regional accounting laws
  • Must have a general understanding of revenue and expense management. Must have an understanding of cash management processes.
  • Must have an understanding of guest room and F&B operations
  • Must have an understanding of Lotte Hotel's financial policies and vision
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to receive instructions and make reports with accuracy.
  • Must possess basic computer skills
