In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
  • Fluent GroupM processes
  • Manage to sell & run an influencer campaign on your own from A to Z

In six months:
  • Manage all influencer campaigns for one agency among GroupM's 3 agencies independently
  • Be supply partnership & influencer champion

In 12 months:
  • Build a team from scratch
Job Description:
A/ THE SUPPLY PARTNERSHIP CHAMPION:
  • Identify & qualify potential partners who can enhance our value, capabilities, and resources to expand Inca influencer solutions to entire GroupM agencies and brands.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships between influencer agencies &/or others influencer third parties directly to bring maximum value to Inca.
  • Identify emerging influencer trends and key players in market to spark conversation and potential new opportunities for Inca to grow with relevant partners.
  • Evaluate performance & capabilities of Inca Partners and recommend improvements plan, also ideate new opportunities and new projects.
B/ THE INFLUENCER PROGRAM HERO:
  • Develop & Manage Inca influencer program and ensure that both influencers & Inca meet their agreed objectives.
  • Research & Identity key influencers for Inca Supply and build strong relationships with them to drive and deliver projects between influencers & project directly.
  • Negotiate influencer contract for all Inca direct influencer collaborations, including annual partnership, working together with the legal & investment team.
  • Work together with teams across GroupM agencies to develop 360 marketing campaign featuring influencers.
  • Maintain complete database of files, contacts, and project materials.
  • Maintain long lasting relationships with influencers, management, and agencies.

Job requirements:
  • Minimum 3-year experience (manager) or similar position duties within advertising/communication industry, especially as a Influencer Marketing / management role.
  • Experienced in activating numerous campaigns across multiple platforms with top tiers influencers &/or manage influencers agencies - from planning to execution optimization.
  • Problem solving & resourceful.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Confirmed knowledge about media (digital, TV)
  • Has a good sense on social trend & influencer industry market (Social commerce, Affiliate marketing, livestream)
  • Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing)
  • Good in MS office.
  • Good at collection & analyzing data to present conclusion.
