Job Description

- Make an implementation plan according to the operational strategy set by the Board of Directors monitor and evaluate the implementation
- Manage staff and control customer service activities:
. Manage and control the operations of employees
. Responsible for solving problems arising during operation
. Consulting procedures and operations for customers and sales staff (selecting subjects)
. Optimizing and improving related service quality
. Participate in recruitment, professional and skills training, development orientation and employee evaluation
- Business development:
. Building and developing a system of foreign agents
. Building relationships, orienting analysis and pricing with foreign agents and shipping lines for imported goods
. Designated product development including: increasing the volume of designated goods, increasing profits and services on the current designated goods flows
. Maintain the company's customers, control the increase/decrease/loss of customers and have a growth plan
- Report activities of the department to the Board of Directors.
1. Qualification: University graduate or higher, priority is given to foreign economics/ Foreign Trade/ Logistics.
2. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Understanding the field the company is operating in
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- There are many business ideas that bring good profits for yourself and the company
3. Related knowledge skills:
- Knowledge base on freight forwarding & logistics
- Negotiation skills and working with domestic and foreign partners
- Time management and work organization skills.
- Connect with departments to provide complete service to customers
- Provide consulting services/solutions for projects
- Fluent English
