Kickstart your journey with us by taking on the following responsibilities:
Contract Management: Efficiently manage contract adjustments, ensuring timely delivery to optimize operational efficiency, and maintaining comprehensive records.
Certificate of Employment: Verify and process employment details, promptly addressing concerns within 48 hours, and ensuring the swift delivery of certificates to employees.
Tax and Legal Compliance: Provide support in preparing tax returns, staying updated on labor laws, social regulations, and PIT laws, and ensuring strict adherence to legal requirements.
Insurance Management: Oversee benefits administration according to company policies, ensuring accurate SIMI calculation, and timely premium payments and reconciliation.
