Job summary:

Key responsibilities:
1. To establish effective HR programs and processes which comply with the challenges of the business. 建立有效人力程符公业务展;
2. To drive the key HR processes in the business: strategic planning, organization capability development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development and talent management. 推动人力管过程中关程,战略织能力展绩效管人管奖励 表彰工展人管内外关系;
