To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the Expansion department.
Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing
high level people management and development support across designated directorates.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Make the list of recruitment requirements from all Stations, AreasFeedback candidates joined interview and report new employeesFollow recruitment status by contacting with recruitment team and stations
- Compensation & Benefit:
- New employee records sent to HRBP
- Create new rider account when received full documents
- Confirm the list of contract extension issued by HRTracking contract sent and receive. Then, handover to HR
- Update infomation of new employee, the day employee quit
- Making timesheet, and checking
- Sending list of bonus ammount, holding salary, refund deposit, annual leaves ...Take notice and support to solve any cases related to salary
- Personal income tax (PIT)For new emplolyees, checking information of tax code, registering for those don't have tax code
- Explaining to employee about PIT regulations and support to solve: deductions, PIT finalzation, change personel information, v.v...Make the list of requests for certificate of PIT, send to employee
- Social - Health - Unemployment - Accident Insurance Support processing all cases related to insurance: sickness, maternity, unemployment benefit, reissue or change information of insurance book and health insurance card, etc
- Sending all doccuments of SHU insurance to to prepare all documents applying for accident insurance
- Make list of Union members who have birthday, wedding, sickness or something related to get Union allowance
Basic Requirements:
- BA in Law, Economics, Foreign Language or relating subjects
- 2-year's generalist experience in HR
- Sound knowledge of labor code, HR practices and methodologies
- Experience in HR systems is required
- Full range of functional HR skills: workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation, organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and change management.

- Able to challenge and influence others, including more senior colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure that the right outcomes are achieved
- Able to communicate strategic priorities to others and to lead them in contributing to those priorities.
- Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Experience of leading and shaping work with others from different professional backgrounds to
