Work you'll do
  1. Operational Activities:
  • Prepare logistics and liaise with other department in terms of onboarding preparation for both mass recruiting, experienced-hired and expatriates.
  • Record and track masterfile for new hires onboarding milestones, referral bonus program, internship logbook…
  • Assist HRBP Manager timely on collecting employee's satisfaction and expectation for the improvement of HR activities.
  • Assist HRBP Manager in developing initiatives to encourage good practices at work, staff care and employee recognition
  1. HR Projects based:
  • Be accountable with Communication team for taking care of logistics implementation for the firm's mass recruitment programs and cooperate with other relating Depts. to ensure the necessary procedure to be followed.
  • Support to prepare necessary logistics for HR events & HR Internal projects (Career Fairs, office tours, career talks, etc.) following the approved agenda/flow.
  • Together with Talent Acquisition team in following up hiring process: interviews arrangement, feedbacks, references check...
  • Other tasks assigned by HRBP Managers and above.

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related majors
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR general assistance. Background/Familiar in Labour Law is a plus.
  • Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese language
  • Strong inter-personal skill. Detailed orientation, well organizational skill and fast learning.
