Job title: HR Manager
Work location: Vietnam
Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including HR policy, employee relations, recruitment and compliance etc.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and monitor the implementation of the HR systems across the organization.
Involve in factory audit by clients
Employee training program development and implementation
5 years and above work experience in HR roles, and Min 2 years in apparel/textile manufacturing
Bachelor degree and above qualifications
Bilingual in English and Chinese/Mandarin
