Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. HR General:
. Partners with leaderships to align HR strategy to business strategy (IT, Product, Marketing,Finance, HR)
. Maintain close and professional relationships with BODs and employees to be able to deeplyunderstand, consult and execute on people-related projects.
. Reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, maximizing manpower contribution to company and ensuring compliance to labor ordinance and other local regulations
. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to daily operations and manage employees to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance
. Kick off HRIS and build employee's performance evaluation and related processes
2. Talent Acquisition
. Working closely with our TA members to ensure the right talent is hired on time and achieve best candidate experience.
. Act as an internal consultant to provide specific insights/ solutions to leaders, to manage
Compensation and Headcount budget are aligned with the plans.
3. Learning & Development
. After understanding our employee's performance result, you will identify training needs and evaluation of development program
4. Employee engagement
. Responsible for employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment
. Handle employee relations issues from the initial incident, undertake investigations, identify solutions and follow through until completion.

Specialized knowledge and skills:
. Solid understanding and experience in HRIS (performance management and ATS)
. Proven analytical thinking & ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
. High level of self-motivation, whilst comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced and complex matrix business
. Have the ability to thrive in an environment of changing directions and strategies.
. Excellent communications skills in both Vietnamese and English

Education and experience:
. Bachelor degree or Master in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
. Minimum of 5 years experience in an operational HRBP or HRM role in a fast-moving working
environment (E-commerce, Retails or multi-industries)
. Experience in MNC or startup, build up/renovate HR from scratch is a plus
