Job Description

    • By working in conjunction with Head of HR and other stakeholders, develop and manage the content plan for internal communication in line with strategic and operational requirements.
    • Manage internal communications projects alongside lan and organize regular events which encourage two-way dialogue between management and employees, as well as colleagues in different teams to encourage knowledge
    • the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
    • Establish and maintain measurement standardo provide meaningful information that will guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
    • Create engagement initiatives to meet company objectives and direction,
    • Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives
    • Organizing internal events, including but not limited to: townhall, year-end party, company trip, team building, eNPS for all levels

    • At least 3 years of experience in the same level
    • Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence and handle sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality, where necessary
    • Strong Microsoft office skill, especially on designing deck
    • Ability to priorities and manage own workload effectively but also to be flexible and adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines and other demands or challenges
    • A Bachelor Degree (Marketing/ Law/Social Science is preferable).
