JOB DESCRIPTION

AIM OF THE JOB
Assist HR Services in daily work relating to Recruitment, Labor contract management, termination, expat services and other C&B processes.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Update our internal databases with employee information including but not limited to labor contract, employees profile and other HR documents
  • Contact candidate for scheduling interview
  • Assist in expat services paperwork including visa, permanent residence card, work permit, housing arrangement
  • Assist in other C&B processes (i.e payroll, Social - Health - Unemployment insurance, internal and external audits)
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.
  • Positive disposition and good interpersonal skills
