Hospitality & Tourism Development Manager (Phnom Penh)
Job Description
- Build up a strong team that can develop and expand the hospitality projects
- Create opening strategys and planning for new projects
- Liasing with legal teams to complete documentation with partners
- Establish relationships with large hotel brands for future partnerships
- Find gaps in the sihnaoukville market to develop new project ideas
- Oversee management teams to prepare 1,2,3 year plans within the department for project executions
- Prepare and present presentations coherently
- Develop financial costings with potential partners
- Collaborate together with investment dept to create viable H&T projects
- Actively looking for new & potential partners (Both international & Local)
- Transition projects through from concept to operations
