ROLE SUMMARY


  • Lead, coach, and monitor execution of Business Unit (BU)/ Company strategies implemented by Health Representatives.

  • Contribute to the development of the BU/Company strategy especially on the new innovative portfolio.

  • Develop internal and external professional relationships.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform duties within the company's permitted activities

  • Execution of BU/ Company strategies

  • Set working plans and standards coordinate market research activities to achieve BU/ Company goals

  • Long - term development planning for head office's investment and business opportunities in the territory

  • Assist in developing customer targeting & territory management program: Define and set the customer target group for BU in order to increase head office's business opportunities.

  • Ensure all activities are following policies and regulations.

  • Defines an optimal and logical territory alignment for all teams

  • Update information to the management about competitor, market, and product

  • Monitor, review and evaluate Team performance.

  • Coach Reps and spend 50% of time in field coaching

  • Check accuracy of market information, customer identifications to be aligned with adopted policies and plans.

  • Other assignments as allocated by the representative office from time to time.

Expected Performance Outcomes

  • Ensure expenditure within BU is within the approved budget.

  • Ability to analyze data and information for the team.

  • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of the staff and help fix critical market issues.

  • Ability to coach, train and develop team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pharmaceutical or health science university

  • 3 years+ experience in Management position in an international company

  • Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities.

  • Good decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong leadership.

  • Good communication skills and good command of English

  • Experience in Onco TA is a plus.
