Job Description


Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy
  • Manage the whole talent acquisition process, from identifying, analyzing annual demands, budget planning to building pipeline, sourcing, selection & hiring.
  • As a TA business partner, analyze to understand business needs, while stay up-to-date with hiring trends, competitors activities to provide consultancy on solutions that work for their business in both short and long term.
  • Continuous improvement of TA operations by finding & implementing creative & effective solutions with countermeasures.
  • Monitor TA performance metrics, lead team towards TA excellence with customer mindset, coach team members to upskill and enable them to reach their targets

Employer Branding
  • Establish relationship with potential educational institutions, associations, networks as target audience group.
  • Build, plan and implement EB programs to increase brand recognition and attract talents
  • Identify ways to enhance candidate & employee experience and at the same time seek operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communications to ensure employer brand content is visually appealing, aligned with our overall brand voice and standards.

Initiatives/Projects
  • Enhance current recruiting reports with dashboard metrics
  • Complete competency-based interview guidelines and train for hiring managers
  • Join in new Diversity, Equity & Inclusion project with areas relevant to TA
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in TA-related modules in future HRIS/HR Technology project
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
  • Strong leadership, at least 2 years of experience as a TA Lead or similar HR role
  • Result-oriented, able to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and multiple deadlines. Proven records in recruiting with high demands in fast-paced environments
  • Can-do and Go-getter attitude
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and team-playing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
