HEAD OF SALES
SALES SPECIALIST
Work location: Hanoi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generally responsible for Sales Specialist:
Actively engage with potential customers, providing information about Vinhomes properties.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct property presentations and facilitate site visits.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
For Managerial roles, additional responsibilities are:
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans based on assigned targets
Develop and manage winning Sales Team, actively seeking potential customers to for Company diverse real estates products.
Regularly report on business performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Conduct market surveys and prepare detailed analysis and evaluation reports.
Drive Sales strategies and be a role model for building and leading high-performing team(s)
Complete any other reports as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Hold a university degree in marketing, economics, or a related field
At least 3-5 years at similar position & experience with proven track record of sales target. Experience in real estate of related industries is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have proficient English skills
Demonstrate strong consulting and persuasive abilities, along with logical thinking skills
