About the Role:
They are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead their sales and marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on developing markets in Asia and Europe and supporting sales efforts in North America. This strategic position involves managing a dedicated team of approximately 10 professionals and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and expand sales and marketing strategies across Asia and Europe while supporting their efforts in the North American market in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth, performance, and excellence.
Drive B2B sales initiatives, demonstrating a profound understanding of industrial sales, particularly within the mechanical and machinery components sectors.
Craft and execute innovative strategies to penetrate and expand in targeted markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives and operational goals.
Serve as a pivotal figure in understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to steer product positioning and sales approaches effectively.
Requirements:
A proven track record of success in B2B industrial sales, with specific experience in mechanical and machinery components.
Demonstrable experience in managing and leading a team, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive performance.
Deep understanding of market development strategies.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with a global team and reporting to senior management.
