Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Loan Payment Support Analysis and Strategy at LOTTE Finance located in Hanoi. The Head of Loan Payment Support Analysis and Strategy will be responsible for overseeing and managing the payment services and systems related to loan payments. This role will involve analyzing payment data, developing payment strategies, and ensuring efficient and effective payment card processing and finance operations. The Head of Loan Payment Support Analysis and Strategy will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement payment solutions that meet customer needs and enhance the overall payment experience.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Finance expertise

Experience in Payment Services, Payment Card Processing, and Payment Systems

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams

Experience in the finance industry, particularly in loan payment support, is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
