Manage daily tasks, to give orientation of resolving serious or un-serious issues impacts on the activitives of the company. Encourge staffs to overcome obstacles to meet effectiveness.
Build the development strategies in short and long term on the company's core services. Find out the right way to increase the real estate market for the company
Build the strong team, train and develop key managers who will contribute for long term development of the company
Complete policy, guidance, process for every departments in line with HODs
Build marketing and branding strategy of the company's image external.
Take part in important bids/tenders, official meetings with strategic clients
Represent Colliers International to answer interviews of press, margazine, newspapers, TV, etc.
Responsible on sourcing and acquisition of business opportunities
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials evaluating options to achieve company objective
Closes new leasing acquisition/business deals by coordinating requirements agreement negotiations and requirements
Build, manage and develop good rapport with potential business partners, agents and local authorities to ensure repeat sales and referrals
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Review, negotiate, structure and value add to deals and win prospects
Responsible for monitoring and completion of RFP (request for proposal) to ensure competitiveness and suitability
Responsible for mining of key clients for growth and more BD opportunities
Liaison with internal team, marketing staff to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue
Sourcing projects through various channels such as government agencies, networking, contacts and consultants
Identify and assess opportunities and perform financial and feasibility studies
Prepare, present and submit reports and proposal to clients
Establish goals, deliverable and result for real estate marketing plan
Utilize company brand and core product lines to identify potential new clients, markets, and businesses that match the business strategy
Identifying and prioritizing business opportunities
Networking with new and existing clients, in order to build and maintain relationships
Preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients
Supervising the development of promotional materials.
Qualifications
Degree holder preferably in Property/Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance Management or its equivalent
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with Sales/Marketing/Real Estate business development in deals
Good contacts with real estate developers and agencies
Well versed in property investment and valuation principles, including feasibility studies and proposal of property to be developed with projected returns
Possess relevant experience in project planning or real estate corporate finance
Analytical and able to recognize opportunities for business expansion
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair of networking and negotiating
Willing to travel when required
