Job Description

Reporting to Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for:
. Own and manage the GMV growth of the Digital Goods category (comprising of Digital Vouchers and Digital Utilities)
. Have a comprehensive understanding of market trends, and grow the Category by defining strategy, identifying new opportunities, adapting and executing initiatives and sharing best practices within the category team.
. Ensuring implementation of the strategy by driving the team (defining deliverables, setting targets, working closely with relevant stakeholders)
. Lead the team through bottom-up plans building the category with strategic thinking, strong rationale and analysis of historical performance
. Ensure alignment between commercial, marketing, and business risks to offer the best possible representation and service to Lazada customers.
. Establish and manage key sellers relationships, locally and internationally, to ensure optimum speed, quality and terms of business, championing brand development and acquisition.
. Create and curate a commercial and desirable Digital Utilities offering that positions us as the main destination, ensuring alignment with our customer profiles
. Effectively lead, coach and inspire a team of sub-category managers - ensuring they have a clear direction, are motivated and are consistently developed and up-skilled.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
. Min 5 years in a senior-level position in consulting, e-commerce or digital products.
. Solid commercial acumen with a proven ability to craft and execute strategies
. Experienced in managing multi-brands/large seller community
. Strong negotiator and good at relationship management (both internally and externally), navigating high paced & complex environments successfully
. Strong people leadership skills
. Hands-on, extremely pragmatic, and entrepreneurial.
