  • Supervising the implementation of Internal Regulations, Regulations, Regulations, regimes, policies ... of employees
  • Coordinating with CV/NV in charge of Insurance performs the following tasks within the assigned scope of work:
    • Manage, set up data balances to ensure that the data matches on the comparisons between the data. make deductions on the payroll, data recorded by the social insurance agency, data in accounting books Regularly compare data with Accounting department to ensure that the data is not misleading
    • Implement declaration procedures information of employees with the social insurance agency, issue of books, close the books and return the books to employees, issue/renew health insurance cards
    • Follow-up and carry out procedures to resolve policies - benefits for employees Employees include monthly insurance deductions, maternity, sickness, convalescence, retirement... pay TPBank Care insurance for employees Monthly: signing labor contract (trial, definite, indefinite term, contract appendix...), changing employee status (appointment, transfer, rank promotion...), resignation procedures...
    • Controlling the storage of records, documents/decisions related to the working process of employees (hard v soft copy)
    • Controlling the timekeeping performance , monitor annual leave Participate in monthly salary calculation and payment for employees Allowances and benefits related to employees interests for effective work management
    • Perform periodic/unscheduled (monthly/quarterly/yearly) human resource reports at the request of TPBank's Board of Directors and State management agencies

    • Perform other tasks as requested by the Unit Leader.
    Job Requirement

    • Good University degree majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting preferably Human Resource Management, Labor Economics
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions in organizations Organization with a of 1000 employees li>Understanding the system and organizational structure of the Bank, grasping the psychology of employees, having basic knowledge of human resource management and international practices and standards
    • Good office computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
    • Careful, detailed, data processing, good calculation skills
    • Skill to work in a team, work independently
    • Ability to meet work requirements in terms of time, work pressure and high compliance
    • Experience in reputable financial institutions and banks is preferred, knowledge of human resource management and international practices and standards is preferred.
