Job Responsibilities:
Corporate Communication:
- Lead corporate communications by working out the strategic communication campaigns and manage execution to support Prudential Vietnam business objectives and build Prudential Vietnam as community and industry role model.
- Drive effective internal and external communication, taking into account the business context at regional & local levels to engage stakeholders at all levels, to increase share voice & influence stakeholders & corporate partners.
- Leverage success stories to promote PVA products and services and leverage CSR activities to promote PVA image
- Build and maintain media relationships, public relations & external stake holders
- Interact with Board members, CEO and other members of the Top Leadership for speeches, quotes and Q&A at internal / public events.
- Handle crisis management nationwide and control crisis at local level
- Ensure consistency of corporate messages and effectively delivery to relevant audience
Corporate Social Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the planning and execution of Prudential's CSR strategy, employing extensive knowledge and experience in aligning PVA needs and the communities with which we engage.
- Engage and seek for partnership with Government and local authorities in CSR projects to strengthen relationship and promote the company's image and reputation
- Established partnership with PR agencies and other vendors, manage result delivery
- Contribute to and generate synergies between CSR and related functions to support business priorities
- Ensure our CSR delivery in compliance with ABC, Prudential Compliance rules.
Team management:
- Recruit, build and develop an engaged, competent and effective team
- Conduct and document regular performance reviews and an annual reviews
- Implement open and clear lines of communication with the team through regular career development discussions with direct reports, in line with the PVA Performance Management Process
- Establish a framework to retain high-potential and high-performance team members, by identifying talent and implementing clear succession plans.
Budget Management:
- Build, plan and ensure budget management effectively.
Requirements
1. Qualification: University degree or higher.
2. Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably with substantial corporate
- Knowledge in Finance and Insurance industry is an advantage
3. Skill set:
- Strategic, organized and structured thought process
- Communication, content management and presentation skills, especially confidence to interact with executive (TLT) and senior (SLG) management members of a company.
- Interpersonal skill, influencing and decision making
4. Prudential Leadership Behavior: Advanced level
