Job Description


  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental revenues.
  • Lead a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Identify and prospect potential tenants for commercial office spaces, cultivating relationships and negotiating leasing agreements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to attract prospective tenants.
  • Oversee lease negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions align with company objectives and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs and facilitating lease renewals.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including property management and legal, to ensure seamless leasing processes and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, rental rates, and occupancy trends to recommend pricing strategies and leasing incentives.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, market trends, and financial performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial leasing.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and forge strategic partnerships.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in commercial leasing, particularly in office spaces, within an international real estate company or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful leasing transactions and achieving leasing targets.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach to understanding tenant needs and closing deals.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a leasing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial leasing practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and leasing metrics to inform decision-making.
