At Transit we pay special attention to the development of our Asian departments. As a multinational team, now we are looking for the Head of Branch in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the Branch Office in Vietnam;
- Booking system optimization;
- Development of Vietnam China Vietnam shipping line;
- Cooperation with port authorities;
- Development of relationships with terminals;
- Team management, professional growth provision, KPI development;
- Interaction with local and international customers and partners;
- Market analysis, search of new business development opportunities;
- Preparation of performance reports.
Background And Skills:
- Bachelor degree in the field of logistics, management or related specialty;
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or shipping line, including experience in management;
- Fluent English language; knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage;
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire the team;
- Excellent communication skills and strategic planning abilities;
- Readiness for frequent business trips, both within the country and abroad.
