The Head of Agency Distribution Operations will be responsible for strategically overseeing and optimizing the agency distribution channels within the life insurance company. This role will focus on strategic planning, ensuring the highest standards of sales quality and governance, and holding accountability for deliverables. The position will manage the General Agency (GA) networks, maintain agency hierarchy, manage e-learning platforms, and improving the overall experience through digitalization journey for salesforce, oversee orphan policy management, and leverage data analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop long-term strategies to optimize agency distribution channels.
  • Align agency operations with the company's overall strategic goals.
  • Hold accountability for achieving key performance indicators and deliverables.

2. Sales Quality and Governance:

  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure high standards of sales quality.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor regular audits and reviews to maintain sales integrity.

3. General Agency Networks Management:

  • Oversee the strategic development and management of GA networks.
  • Foster strong relationships with GA partners to drive business growth.
  • Define strategies & plan to enhance GA performance and productivity.

4. Agency Hierarchy Management:

  • Strategically manage the structure and hierarchy of the agency distribution channels.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the agency network.

5. Production of Training Solutions & E-learning Platform and TMS Management:

  • Plan, budget, and evaluate training products, including videos and multimedia.

Manage training equipment and provide technical support for events.

Enhance e-learning platforms and Training Management Systems.

  • Ensure platforms meet business needs and comply with regulations.

7. Orphan Policy Management:

  • Develop strategies and direction to manage orphan policies effectively.
  • Ensure timely reassignment of orphan policies to active agents.
  • Monitor and improve the retention rates of orphan policies.

8. Data Analytics:

  • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor data-driven solutions to optimize agency performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in agency distribution operations within the life insurance industry.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution at a senior management level.

2. Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales quality standards, regulatory requirements, and governance practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with GA partners.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to manage complex agency hierarchies and ensure effective coordination within the network.
  • Strong commitment to achieving business goals and delivering results.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
