SUN WORLD BA NA HILLS is a resort and recreational complex located in Nang, Vietnam. It is part of the Sun World Amusement Park Group and is known for its otherworldly natural landscape, rotating four seasons in a day, and a variety of festivities and cuisine. The complex has been awarded the Top Tourist Resort of Vietnam title four times (2015-2018) by the Vietnam Association of Tourism and features a world record-breaking cable car system.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Chef. The Head of Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and team leadership. They will ensure that food quality and safety standards are met, coordinate with other departments to meet the demands of events and the overall resort, and manage the kitchen budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive culinary experience, including menu planning and food preparation
• Experience in managing and leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Experience in managing a kitchen budget and inventory
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
