Job description:

Develop digital transformation and artificial intelligence strategy for healthcare sector.

Manage projects for digital transformation and artificial intelligence implementation.

Research and apply new technologies to improve hospital workflows and patient care.

Implement automation systems for patient scheduling and staff efficiency.

Manage data securely and comply with regulations.

Lead and develop digital transformation team.

Provide user support and training for digital tools.

Monitor project performance and provide leadership advice.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software, or Information Systems.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 5-10 years of leadership preferred.

Strong knowledge in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI.

Leadership abilities in strategy development and resource management.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Creative, adaptable, and analytical decision-maker.

Understanding of legal and ethical AI application
