Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role based in Hanoi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven at least 10 years of experience in sales management for automotive industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
