Enhance the capability of sales operation, application new technology and system management thru designing / developing and sustaining TT digital system at Headquarter Site, Delivery Solution, TUA (Sales Supervisor Module) & the assigned solutions which improve business process/working model of sales related functions
Explore and provide solutions for Sales team, Traditional Trade/Away From Home/On- Premise Local/new channels at Headquarter Site to to make productivity & efficiency for business
Job Responsibilities
Business Intelligence (BI) and Solution Development for DMS at Headquarter Site and TUA
Key Contact to get requirements from businesses or self-propose the automation needs, analyze them and consult Business Owner with deep understading about company org chart / TT customer insight.
Follow up to develop DMS system by working closely with Sales Team TT & related Sales-supporting functions (GTM, Trade Marmeting, Commercial Control, Sales, ...) to understand deeply their needs & way of driving performance for TT channels (Loyalty Program E2E Process, Trade Promo Schemes Management/ Budget Management Process, Master Data Management, TUA (SS Module) with E2E Process includes: working plan process, Field work/WW activity, tracking Sales activities, programs in execution, analyzing Sales data, .... for appropriate actions/ evaluating efficiency of supporting programs/.) in order to leverage/ maximize this system or enhance functions/solutions to adapt with business growth.
Follow up to develop Report System (in PowerBI) to driving performance for related Sales-supporting functions (ex: Sales Dashboard, GTM Dashboard, TMKT Dashboard, ...)
Driving with solution partner/ITBP to reflect approved requirements/needs into the application
Ensure schedule of blueprint WS, testing and leading UAT for all function of system and newly-released hot fixes or enhancements .
Lead L1, L2 of DMS system after Roll out to ensure service support for end users have been solve OTIF as process
Solution Development for Delivery Solution / Internal Solution
Lead agenda of Delivery Solution / Internal Solution by get requirements from whole businesses team to make the plan to develop
Follow up with key takeholder of Delivery Solution partner/ITBP/BT to reflect demand of business into plan develop, follow alignment/ approved requirements/needs into the application
Play as key person in blueprint WS, testing and leading UAT for all function of Delivery Solution / Internal Solution and newly-released hot fixes or enhancements .
Lead L1&L2 of Delivery Solution after Roll out to ensure service of Delivery Solution have been solve OTIF as process
Self-operate and self-support internal Solution for user after Roll out to ensure stablize system and issue have been solve OTIF as process
System Management & Sustainment for DMS at HeadQuarter/Delivery Solution/Internal Solution
On-going maintain to ensure sales digital system, Sales BI Report, Delivery System, GembaTool, SOG Tool ) smoothly run on daily and monthly basis.
Support to users from related functions and daily operation of assigned solutions
Follow up with Users/Sales Team/related Sales-supporting functions and suppliers to identify issues in execution, propose timely solutions to ensure the smooth rolling-out and implementation of sales system.
Analyze the business processes of sales related function to find out the gap control and propose appropriate changes to enhance the key control points.
On-going get feedback from users or self-research to define room for improving operation process and solution.
On-going maintain sales master data of sales system (DMS System (HO site)/Delivery Solution/Internal Solution) on daily and monthly basis.
Project based and Others
Follow-up the new project in periods: blueprint, testing, UAT, roll out and training users as well as sustainment (get feedback, continuous update/ improvement)
Self-develop relevant applications, ad-hoc reporting to support related functions in leveraging the database from DMS System/Delivery Solution/Internal Solution
On-request or self-provide statistics/analysis report to concerned parties

Skills And Experience
Bachelor graduation in relevant majors
Strong knowledge of GTM and distribution model (TT) is a plus
Strong knowledge of sales system. Experience about DMS System/Delivery Solution is plus
FMCG Working Experience is a plus
Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills
Good project management and drive for result
Good communication and presentation skills

Strong to make internal too/report or automation flow thru available platform (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Flow, Knime)
