Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for managing hotel operations and ensuring the guest experience is exceptional. The General Manager will oversee all departments including Finance, Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. This is a demanding role that requires dedication to excellence and a strong ability to lead a team toward success.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages
