Be responsible for managing all operations within Rooftop Solar Division (RTS) to achieve the office objectives.

  • Develops and execute business strategy for the division to ensure it aligned with company strategy and able to achieve the target market position.
  • Develops and implements strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by BOD.
  • Be responsible for the profitability of RTS while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees.
  • Promotes the company brand name to consultants, contractors, customers, professional associations. Maintains excellent relations with repeat customers and develops new relations with prospective customers.
  • Oversees and manages all departments of the office and makes sure business objectives of each team are set and achieve well.
  • Drives and motivates the team to achieve business target by building and keeping strong teamwork spirit.
  • Provides coaching, guiding, training opportunity to staff to ensure maintaining and developing an effective executive team.
  • Formulates and successfully implements company policies, procedures.
  • Provides monthly and quarterly reports to management board about the operation of the office.
  • Closely monitors the operating and financial results against plans and budget.
  • Manages the team to execute projects solved by the office to make sure it complies with company procedures and policies.

  • Has right to give warning, suspension to subordinates who don't execute the company regulations.
  • Has right to organize the department and subordinate staffs in accordance with the department's development plan.
  • Has right to suggest for new staff recruitment to ensure adequate manpower for department.
  • Has right to suggest for staff promotion.
  • Has right to accept or reject leave or permission based on the workload at the office.

Working Environment
Time inside office : 70%
Time outside office : 30% : meeting with customer, local authorities, visit job site

External: Customer, consultant
Education/ knowledge
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineer / Energy / Business. MBA is an advantage.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience at management level with proven track record.
  • Strong experiences and good knowledge of solar industry.

  • Professional image with proven ability to lead, motivate and achieve results.
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills with proficiency in English language, both oral and written.
