- Initiate sales activation and engagement to uplift GA productivity in sustainable growth
- Communicate and assist GA to execute initiatives and strategies of PVN
- Consult GAD and sales forces to leverage new technology/digital/automation business process to maximize effeciency
- Manage/lead GA performance from end-to-end business process
- Implement the strategy, develop goal of department or assigned GA in scope of (Northern/Central & Southern) to achieve about sales performance, GA development, product & promotion implementation, customer service standard, GA SLA, GA development and retention...
- Initiate to enhance GA productivity by partnering with key relevant stakeholders
- Manage salesforce capability development based on salesforce needs and business requirement
- Suppervise sales activity management of AD/GAD against target, incentives, hot contests (daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
- Deploy technology/digital/new platform/new process for AD/GAD for sake of effectiveness.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Knowledge: 5 years experiences in banking and finance
Skills: Influencing problem solving critical thinking
Competence: Leadership Capability Model - Advanced level
