WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....GA Expansion, Specialist implements plan to contribute to the GA Expansion's objectives:
. (60%) New franchise partner buy-out: cooperate with other stakeholders to attract and recruit qualified candidates to set up GA Office in AIA, provide initial support to help them achieve assigned KPIs
. (40%) PA organic grow in GA: build PA force in GA within allocated resources and approved budget

Roles & Responsibilities:
New franchise partner buy-out (60%):

  • Cooperate with Agency marketing and branding to define brand identity and prepare sales kit for recruiting and branding which includes company information, GA model overview, compensation highlights,
  • Build network with COI (GAD, RH, AD and so on) to get reference and directly implement recruitment activities targeting Package A & B (FYP target for the first 2 years is 10 billion, 15 billion & 30 billion) by attracting and assessing skilled talents who meet GAD criteria and negotiate terms and conditions to find good fits
  • Provide support & monitor progress of achieving FYP & active target for the first 2 years or 3 years of allocated/recruited GA: weekly review/monthly review, 1-1 coaching, allocating appropriate resources to together with them solve business issues

PA organic grow in GA (40%):
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders including Agency marketing team, Transformation and impact team, Planning & performance acceleration team to recruit XF and build PA offices in Platinum & Gold GA segment.
  • Coaching, transfer and monitor customer events, COP PA version, SOP (recruitment with panel interview, morning meeting, sales builder, 1-1 coaching),

Job Requirements:
  • Education: University graduation - Major in Marketing / Finance / Economics is preferred
  • Experience: 05 year- working experience in sales, recruitment or life insurance industry
  • Certification / Licenses required:
    • English language certifications: C or equivalence
    • Certificate of informatics: B or equivalence
    • LOMA/LIMRA is preferred
  • Skills (technical skill): Excellent in presentation, communication, influence, and problem solving
  • Will (soft skill): Communication Problem Solving and Open-minded
  • Thrill: Professional competence to deliver more advanced programs
  • Leadership Essentials: Collaborative challenger/ Determined business driver/ Curious Learner
