Role Description

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, coach and develop the Front Office team to maintain Marriott International service standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback, requests and service recovery professionally
  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy and revenue opportunities in coordination with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Manage scheduling, performance, and training of team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
