Reporting to: HR Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team as an entry-level HR Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, gaining exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start their career in human resources.
Your responsibilities
Admin & Operation (40%)
Take responsibility of daily general administrative support in the office
Track and order office equipment and supplies
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
Assist on admin/ad-hoc tasks such as happy Friday, company party/events etc
Support the onboarding process for new employees
Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately
Provide support to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist in filing and organizing HR documents
Enter and update employee information in HR databases
Generate reports as needed
Assist in drafting internal HR communications
Support the dissemination of HR-related information to employees
Recruitment (60%)
Assist in drafting and posting job vacancies on various platforms
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate and compelling job descriptions
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Prepare interview materials and logistics
Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
Maintain a well-organized applicant tracking system
Develop Employment Branding through creative and inspired posting, image for fanpage, website, job fair, etc.
Guarantee the fluency of recruitment system
Collaborate with other teams to strengthen the company's employment brand
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Integrity, Trust, and Respect
Being good at English communication and writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational ability
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Curious about organizational psychology, sociology, and management principles
Experienced in the IT-related field is a plus
