Job Description:
  • Evaluate business metrics, and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations (through dashboard, reports) based on quantitative information.
  • Detecting and understanding fraudster's behaviors that impact the trust of Shopee platform.
  • Managing fraud team performance and fraud loss target, initiate new idea to bring down fraud loss and increase fraud recovery rate
  • Collaborate with Local and Regional team to manage system features related the fraud detection/prevention.
  • Initiate the design and development of new tool, technique, and process to detect/prevent fraud behavior

  • Preferred candidates have experience in Risk management, Fraud management, Finance or Banking
  • Highly analytical, data-driven
  • Strong sense of ownership. Able to independently lead and drive projects, including managing various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, deal with ambiguity, handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadline
  • Good at communication and problem solving
  • Experienced in leading team
