Job Description:

    • - Workforce planning and controlling
      . Engage staff with motivation activities, listening and support real-time
      . Anticipate and handle any complaint escalation cases whereas exceeding the agent capability to avoid crisis
      - Control information/workload
      . Coordinate closely with QA, Supervisor to update improvements, changes in daily processes, tasks.
      . Coordinate with Supervisor to improve what went well/ not went well/ could have been better
      . Prepare a plan/solution to deal with issues that occur during the employee's shift
      . Minimize the idle time of staff monitor workload and find solutions to finish tasks on time
      - Work performance
      . Manage and improve staff day-to-day performance through monitoring and reporting
      . Provide guidance, feedback to improve staff performance, quality
      . Devise ways to optimize productivity, remove all the process gaps to reach KPIs
      . Work with internal team to improve SOP among stakeholders
      - Process/ Project
      . Participate in building effective workflows
      . Get back the pain points in the work process and find solutions to improve
      . Participating in short/long-term projects, working closely with the Reginal or other regions until the project is completed


    • . Preferred background in business administration/ finance/ banking/ accounting/ law/ Business Development/ E-commerce.
      . Have knowledge/ experience in payments & banking, transactions & order processing, accounting, risk management and performance evaluation procedures.
      . Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
      . Possess good verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English). Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Office.
      . Work independently and effectively in teamwork. Proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
      . Available to work night shifts for the special days (e.g Campaigns)
      . Good organizational and leadership skills
      . Able to work in a dynamic work environment
