What You'll Do
Do the analysis to find any opportunities for businesss performance improvement.
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other reports, including preparing monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and last month, budget, forecast.
Assist in preparing daily, and monthly reports. Make sure all reports are delivered on time.
Prepare budget and forecasts, rolling forecast. Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of forecast.
Assist in supervising finance business partner team, make sure FBPs working closely and supporting BUs in daily operation.
Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owners.
Developing financial models, including pricing modeling, forecasting modeling.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded.
Continuously improve and develop new reporting systems and processes, assist in building database.
Other tasks assigned by FP&A Manager.
What's Ideal To Us
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills, and other skills like Power Query, and Power BI are preferred.
