Working location: Mapletree, Dis.7, HCM|Type of employee: Fulltime
Report to: Operation Director|Level: Management
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Finance management:
-Play the key role in cash forecast, manage all bank accounts and ensure to have enough cash for daily operations.
-Keep good relationships with banks, prepare and provide all documents required (credit, loan, payment docs, etc.)
-Follow up and push the process of tax return status.s
2.Account Payable:
-Maintain account payable records in compliance with SOP, current regulation and law.
-Timely and correctly check, get invoices, import documents for scanning/storage
-Ensure handling fees, and import taxes are recorded to the right cost elements, cost centers.
-Ensure that all shipments booking into the correct GL account, cost center, after having cross-checked PR, PO, delivery note, customs declaration, invoices with correct payment terms.
-Account control and reconcile vendors ledger.
-Prepare valid documents for contractor tax registration, contractor tax finalization after making payment.
-Proceed with payment in internet banking, and get banks documents for storage.
3.General Ledger:
-Recognize each bank transaction transparently, and create bank statements weekly.
-Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P, A/R, G/L, and monthly closure accounts.
-Reconcile bank statements (receipt and payment entry).
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually Tax declarations and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT)
-Responsible for monthly Financial Statement, Management Report, Budget Review Report, etc.
-Liaise with Auditor, Tax Authority when being taken inspection.
4.Other assignments from the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
-Graduated University. majoring in Finance and Accounting.
-Having 3-5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance Leader, FDI environment is preferable.
-Familiar with ERP system (Odoo is preferable).
-A good understanding in VAS, tax regulations and other relevant laws.
-Good analytical skills, communication skills and leadership skills.
-Good teamwork, excellent at MS skill.
-Good at English in written.
Can work under pressure, and capable of tight deadline.
