Job Description:

  • Provide business insights through financial analytics support to the accounting teams on areas related to productivity, demand planning, reporting in a timely manner. This includes the development of relevant associated metrics.
  • Understand any business challenges to identify and propose solutions through business insights and analytics.
  • Partner directly with the finance team and central business insight and strategy groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
  • Provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and/or optimization.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in working cross functionally displaying collaboration with a high degree of customer service and support mindset.
  • Proven ability to critically look at problems, issues, processes with a view to find improvements and re-engineer where possible.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple systems and data in parallel with an ability to see the big picture.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to navigate through complex data and systems.
  • Have a keen interest to find the story behind the data and articulate it to respective stakeholders.
  • Must have experience using BI tools, warehouses, big data, etc.
