Finance Operations (Reconcile)

Job Description:

• Perform fund flow reconciliation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with bank reports
• Work with operations and corporate finance related to financial and accounting flow and reports
• Collect numeric data to analyze payout number process by each bank
• Monitor on food order level and end-to-end food money flow including checkout, withdrawal and topup
• Resolve ShopeeFood mismatch cases to minimize unidentifiable money received
• Coordinate with internal operations support team and other related parties to resolve the payment issues such as refund stuck, misconfiguration on commission or tax amount, system failure and manually adjustment to wallet including buyers, drivers and merchants
• Improve existing processes where possible to drive efficiency in terms of reconciliation and reporting process

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business field
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in auditing, accounting or finance
• Knowledge of local accounting standards
• Good Command of English both speaking and writing
• Experienced in working with Data reconciliation and deal with massive data
• Ability to work independently, is self-motivated while being a great team player
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office. SQL skill would be a plus.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and numerical skills.
• Work well under pressure and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize work within tight operational deadlines
