Finance Manager

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for Finance and Accounting, and audit functions.
  • Partner to the General Director. Works with other department heads to monitor each department and makerecommendations.
  • Be involved in and understand the business
  • Financial controls (ensure internal controls are in place to reduce risk of misappropriate, fraud, etc.)
  • Cost control management
  • React on sales reductions and production volume shortfall
  • Management of Net Working Capital, DSO, DPO
  • Treasury /Cash management (including cash flow projections)
  • Tax management. Develop policy and procedures on tax planning
  • Legal/Insurance management
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets.
  • Responsible for managing debt level
  • Lead, develop and conduct accounting analyses.
  • Continue update on accounting standards and rules, including Crown's CFAP.
  • Develop, install and update accounting and reporting systems, procedures and controls.
  • Administer collection, maintenance and reporting of accounting data, review and analyze financial reports.
  • Plan and implement department-level training activities.
  • Interface with external and internal auditors, government and tax authorities, banks.
  • Project work as assigned
  • Overall responsibility for Finance and Accounting and audit functions. Ensure timely submission of month-endresult and budget/rolling-forecast
  • Prepare management reports, forecast and budget reports and presentation materials
  • Liaison with HQ in Singapore and other stakeholders as needed

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Independent, meticulous and has good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Hyperion and OneStream will be an advantage.
  • Written and spoken English
  • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems
