Job Description



FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT REPORT CONTROLLING
  • Directing and supervising the Accounting Team while maintaining policies and ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external reporting requirements, including country laws, rules, regulations and group policies.
  • Reviewing period end financial statements of all companies, all markets and performing analytical reviews of the monthly operating results to ensure the reasonability and accuracy of reporting package.
  • Monthly preparing consolidated financial statements as well as other subsidiary reports according to management requirements: debt, assets, inventory, revenue, expenses, etc. for the group.
  • Following up, supporting, monitoring the accountants who are in charge of preparing country financial statements, or other detailed reports according to management requirements, in other countries to submit the report on time.
  • Responsible for interpreting data as well providing concise explanations on trends and periodically variances to Chief Financial Officer.
  • Monitoring and confirming financial condition by conducting audits and assisting in providing information to external auditors, tax inspection teams, etc.
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Maintaining all corporate records and accounts.

DEVELOPING, MAINTAINING ACCOUNTING POLICIES, REPORTING PROCESS AND TEMPLATES
  • Ensuring accounting reports, company accounting policies are complied with local and group legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, submitting financial reports.
  • Updating accounting regulations, accounting manuals and reporting templates for the whole Group.
  • Directing the transactional processing of financial processes.
  • Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
  • Building and regularly developing templates to gather information regarding to internal transactions for the purpose of consolidating reports for the Group.
  • Developing Group's periodical financial reporting processes, implementing improvements to systems and financial controls.

EMPLOYEE RECRUITING, TRAINING & ASSESSING
  • Maintaining accounting staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintaining accounting staff's job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Other ad hoc assignments are assigned by the line manager.
