Job Summary:
As a Finance & Accounting Senior Executive, you are responsible to ensure the accounts are finalized within set deadlines and according to company's accounting regulations. You oversee all areas related to accounting in an enterprise and is the operations. Main duties are analyzing and auditing financial reports, maintaining financial & accounting records and assisting in financial reporting systems.
Responsibilities
A. General accounting
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Finance & Accounting Department.
- Ensure all revenue/sale & cost are properly recognized/ accrual in timely to meet Head-quarter monthly closing deadline.
- Maintain accounting records and prepare financial statements in line with Vietnam's Government and Company's Standards.
- Overview and control payments.
B. Tax/ Audit/ Other compliance:
- Review and timely submit tax and other statutory reports to the tax and other competent authorities.
- Deal with Tax and relevant authorities.
- Communicate with Principals (brand owners) in matters related to payments.
- Coordinate with banks, payment gateway partners, etc.
- Work with external auditors to carry out interim / final audit.
C. Reports
- Be responsible for the reports: Financial Statement, Cashflow reports, Cost Analyst, FDI, and other management reports as Vietnam's Government and Head-quarter requests.
Other duties assigned by Finance & Accounting Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields;
- At least 06 years of experience in Accounting;
- Have experience in Retail/F&B/... company;
- Good knowledge of VAS and Basic Taxation;
- Good command of English both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of MS. Office (particularly in Excel), experienced in using SAP;
- Priority candidates working in retail companies;
- Have experienced in supporting Operations setting up;
- Be able to provide consultancy to Management;
- Ability to work under pressure, detail oriented, result oriented, has high sense of team work.
